Help With Dates

The date listings in the UNDB are by year only.
If any issue was found for a year, the year was listed.
Therefore, we may own only one or only a few issues for a given year and a particular title.
Bear in mind that many newspapers did not survive to be preserved on microform and there are many gaps.
Detailed date information can only be obtained by looking at the microform itself.
